We apologise to anyone we were unable to serve on Xmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. We were overwhelmed with pre-orders and, unfortunately, reached our capacity.
We completely understand how disappointing this may have been. This was a trial to help us manage an extremely busy period. We never like to turn customers away, but we believe it’s better to be honest rather than promise a service we couldn’t provide.
